Of the post-debate polls, this is almost an exact match for Leger's, while
Mainstreet has the UCP a little higher and the AP a little lower ... Forum
is the only one very different numbers.

It looks like it's all going to come down to Calgary.
All being said, the NDP and the UCP are lying about the AP splitting the vote.

I have a nice video for you on that.

Propaganda, no doubt. In reality, it's no crime to "split" the vote.
That is an insult to anyone

not voting for a "major" party. What re REALLY need is a form of
modified PROPORTIONAL

REPRESENTATION.  So, if the Alberta Party (or any other party) got, say,
10% of the provincial wide popular vite, then, damn it,

they would receive TEN PER cent of the seats in the Legislature. The
modification would be that, say, unless a party got at least

FIVE per cent of the votes, provincial wide, it would receive NO seats.
The would lessen the problem of so-called splinter parties, like

in Israel or Italy.

Of course, under such a system, it might be hard to get absolute power,
i.e. more than 50% of the seats. But is that a bad thing"

It would force more negotiation, it would lessen the chances of a
premier running amok. On the other hand, look how the BC GReen Party

is leading the BC NDP around by its nose. So, no perfect answer. BUT,
with PR,  far fewer votes could be considered "wasted".

OK then, let's vote on Issues, pick the most knowledgeable/competent
folks and let them direct provincial affairs just like members of the
board of directors of Exxon, etc., do.
Mandel is the best. Khan Notley and Kenney are all turkeys!!
